Two IRS whistleblower testimonies allege that Hunter Biden deducted significant expenses from his taxes that were spent on prostitutes and a sex club, which has raised serious concerns over whether Hunter Biden violated sex-trafficking laws.
The whistleblowers mentioned potential violations of the Mann Act, a law criminalizing the transportation of individuals for the purpose of prostitution. They revealed that Biden expensed flights and accommodations for these individuals to Owasco P.C., an entity where he served as the director.
The IRS whistleblowers outlined Hunter Biden’s alleged misconducts which extend beyond the agreement struck with U.S. Attorney David Weiss, where he was required to “plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges of failure to pay in 2017 and 2018.” According to one whistleblower, some of the deductions were for payments made to a so-called “West Coast assistant” who was essentially a prostitute, involved in a potential prostitution ring.
Other suspicious deductions include an $18,000 wire transfer, with $8,000 labelled as ‘wage’ and $10,000 as a ‘golf club member deposit’, which was used for a sex club payment. Hunter allegedly also authorized a $25,000 payment labelled ‘golf membership’, which was traced back to a sex club membership in Los Angeles.
House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO) mentioned in a press conference that the evidence provided indicates “misconduct and government abuse that is resulting in preferential treatment for the president’s son.”

Damon Lawner, founder of Beverly Hills sex club Snctm, claimed that Hunter Biden had been a member and was expelled after one party due to inappropriate behavior. This resulted in Lawner receiving an IRS subpoena.
Whistleblowers also mentioned the employment of various alleged prostitutes to provide them with health insurance. Some of these expenses were related to a person believed to be involved in the prostitution world, further relating to the sex club issue.
