Former President Donald Trump has announced his plans to release what he termed as an “irrefutable” report next week that he says will provide evidence of fraud in the 2020 presidential election. This announcement comes in the wake of his indictment on charges related to allegedly tampering with the election’s outcome in Georgia.

Using his platform on Truth Social, Trump declared his intentions: “A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete & will be presented by me at a major News Conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday of next week.” The press event is scheduled to be held in Bedminster, New Jersey, where his Trump National Golf Club recently hosted a golf tournament sponsored by Saudi Arabia.
Trump faces 13 criminal counts, including allegations that he violated Georgia’s anti-racketeering law, made false statements, conspired, and solicited a public official to break his sworn oath. Beyond Georgia, Trump faces charges in Manhattan, Miami, and Washington, DC, accumulating to a total of 91 counts. If convicted on all charges, he faces potential prison terms that add up to 712 years and 6 months.

The indictment in Georgia is not limited to Trump. Eighteen other individuals were named, encompassing several key figures from Trump’s inner circle, including Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, Kenneth Chesebro, Mark Meadows, Jeffrey Clark, and Michael Roman.
Trump firmly believes in his vindication and stated on Truth Social: “Based on the results of this CONCLUSIVE Report, all charges should be dropped against me & others – There will be a complete EXONERATION!” He further criticized the legal system, suggesting, “They never went after those that Rigged the Election. They only went after those that fought to find the RIGGERS!” He summarized his feelings on the ongoing investigation with a subsequent post that exclaimed, “WITCH HUNT!”
