SHOW SUMMARY

Liz discusses various topics, starting with Black Lives Matter’s support for Palestinian resistance, comparing their struggle to black issues in the United States. She highlights the rise of antisemitism in recent times and draws parallels to historical atrocities, questioning how such events could occur.

Liz expresses concern that radical ideologies are gaining traction in the United States, fueled by the support for extremist groups. She criticizes Black Lives Matter’s alignment with Palestinian terrorists and predicts that similar radical movements could emerge in the U.S. if these ideologies continue to grow unchecked.

She then addresses Joe Biden’s response to the Israel-Hamas conflict, criticizing his past actions that indirectly contributed to the crisis. Wheeler argues that Biden’s words are less important than his actions, which she believes have not been supportive of Israel.

The host discusses the actions of porn star Mia Khalifa, who made controversial remarks regarding the conflict in Israel and was subsequently fired by Playboy magazine for her statements. Liz contrasts Playboy’s decisive action with what she perceives as a lack of accountability from political leaders.

The episode also touches on Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s decision to run as an independent in the presidential race, drawing attention to his stance on COVID-19 and other political positions. Liz suggests that Republican critics should focus on addressing the concerns that draw some voters to Kennedy, particularly those related to the pandemic.

She concludes by urging the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the Trump campaign to reconsider their approach to RFK Jr.’s candidacy, suggesting that humility and policy adjustments could help retain Republican voters who might be swayed by Kennedy’s positions.

Okay, Liz Wheeler Show Episode 444, take one. Black Lives Matter is supporting the terrorist attacks against Israel. It’s hard to believe that a sentence like that is real, but this is what Black Lives Matter grassroots posted on their social media accounts today. I’m going to read this to you. Black Lives Matter grassroots stands in solidarity with our Palestinian family who are currently resisting 57 years of settler, colonialism and apartheid. As black people continue to fight to end militarism and mass incarceration in our own communities. Let us understand the resistance in Palestine as an attempt to tear down the gates of the world’s largest open air prison. As a radical black organization grounded in abolitionist ideals, we see clear parallels between black and Palestinian people. It makes you wonder, we’ve seen a lot of antisemitism, more antisemitism actually than I can remember in my lifetime, just in the past 72 hours with leftists across the board from our members of Congress to academics and student groups at Ivy League schools to left Hollywood leftists to the mainstream media just openly admitting that they are apologists, they sympathize with these Hamas terrorists that have brutally massacred now over a thousand Israelis simply because they’re Jews.

I’ve never seen antisemitism like this in my entire life. It makes me understand something that I never understood before. I never understood how the Holocaust could happen. How could the world stand by and let this happen? Why wasn’t this stopped after the first day when Jews were slaughtered in the name of being Jews? How was it possible that Nazi Germany was able to round up and murder 6 million Jews before they were stopped? And I confess, I never understood how that actually happened. Why wasn’t that stopped? And now I understand because we are in a sense living that again and what we see is an abhorrent percentage of even citizens of the United States. We’re not talking radical. We don’t live in a radical Islamist country. We don’t live in a country where we’ve could brainwashed against the Jewish people the way that Palestinian, these young Palestinian terrorists have.

And yet we have this growing number of Americans even who are excusing the raping of women, the murdering of the elderly, the kidnapping of families from their homes, the slaughter of babies, a horrendous story that we’ll talk about in a minute. And now we have the Black Lives Matter grassroots group in our country equating what they claim is happening to black people in our country. By the way, their claims are based on completely false ideas, but they’re equating themselves to the Palestinians in a way that justifies terrorism against Israel. I fail to see how we are not on the road here in the United States for this kind of radical massacre and revolution to happen here. And I say this, not to sound bombastic, but if you’ll recall a couple of months ago we talked on this show after the shooting at the Christian School in Nashville by the transgender identifying person, the girl who was identifying as a boy.

We still haven’t seen the Nashville Shooters Manifesto. And at the time I said, we’re never going to see this Nashville shooter’s manifesto. It is going to be hidden for us, from us forever. Because what this shooter wrote in the manifesto is almost certainly queer theory. It’s almost certainly a justification of this massacre of white people and Christians based on the ideologies, the neo-Marxist ideologies of queer theory that told her and taught her that she embraced to the point where she believed she was so oppressed. Her life was in such danger. She was at risk of being extinguished that she had no choice but to slaughter children at a Christian school in order to throw off her oppressors. And I said, honestly, this is what critical race theory teaches as well. This is the next evolution of critical race theory. Critical race theory isn’t just something academic that we see in schools.

It’s not just something that we argue about on cable news, critical race theory. The next step after people have been indoctrinated into believing that white people are oppressing black people, that black people are at such risk of losing their lives, that they might get shot by a police officer who will never be held accountable just for having a taillight out. The next evolution of that is the revolution that critical race theory was intended to spark. And what do you think that revolution is? The left is already justified looting an arson, the destruction of our cities to the tune of billions of dollars. The assault on police officers. They’ve said that this is all justified because of what black people are experiencing right now. Institutional racism in our country, just like queer theory tells transgender identifying people that they’re so oppressed. The only course of action is the violence overthrow of white people or Christians because of the intersectionality of the cis hetero patriarchy.

So I fail to see what happened in Israel. Hamas terrorists massacring Israelis because they’re Jews in the name of being oppressed. I fail to see how that won’t happen here if we don’t stop these radical groups that are defending the terrorists from infiltrating our institutions and brainwashing our youth. I’m going to read you their second slide. They had more to say and just a moment. So that was only the first slide from Black Lives Matter. This is what their next slide reads. They say, we too understand what it means to be surveilled, dehumanized, property seized families separated are people criminalized and slaughtered with impunity locked up in droves. And when we resist, they call us terrorists. We too dream of a world where our people may live freely on decolonized land, may the borders checkpoints, prisons, police and watch lists that terrorize our communities, crumble and may the world we build from their ashes honor those who have fallen in the struggle.

They’re telling us what their playbook is. This is one of those moments, my friend, we oftentimes dismiss what the left says because they perpetuate fake news constantly. They sling narratives that are deliberately misleading and they tell us outright lies at the same time over and over and over again. The left articulates what their goal is for our country, what they hope to achieve. They tell us what their plan is and how they’re going to accomplish it. And this is one of those moments. The Black Lives Matter movement says that they’re worried about families being separated and yet they stand for the abolition of the nuclear family. They talk about property being seized and yet they stand for the abolition of capitalism, of private property rights. They are trying to foment a revolution. And when they toot dream of a world where our people may live freely on decolonized land, what does that mean?

It means, as we read the tweets on this show yesterday, it means that they want to throw off the people that they consider to be colonizers. The people who they consider to be oppressors. Who are the people they consider to be colonizers? Who are the people they consider to be oppressors? White people, Christians, Republicans, everyone whom the Black Lives Matter has made an enemy of. And so don’t think their efforts to decolonize their efforts of a revolution won’t embrace the same terror tactics that Hamas terrorists waged against these innocent Israelis. Black Lives matter of Chicago also posted. This is a separate charter of the Black Lives Matter movement. I want to bring this up and I want to read this to you. This doesn’t really need to be read. I’ll describe it to those of you who are listening. Only the Black Lives matter of Chicago chapter posted a graphic of a paratrooper that is a hang glider, a paraglider with a Palestinian flag on it.

And it says, I stand with Palestine. Black Lives Matter. Chicago stands with terrorists who rape women, murder IITs and decapitate babies. These paragliders, this image is of the paragliders that assaulted the music festival in Israel, which resulted in the slaughter, the murder of almost 250 innocent people. And yet they’re using these murderers, a graphic of these murderers and saying they stand with Palestine. This is the Black Lives Matter movement. This is the Black Lives Matter movement. And we just learned in the past 24 hours of what is perhaps the most gruesome grizzly, just unspeakable evil that has been perpetuated in Israel, that Israeli forces found the bodies of 40 murdered babies. Babies, many of whom were decapitated, beheaded to even begin to comprehend that kind of evil. This is Isis level evil babies.

And yet this is who the Black Lives Matter movement is defending who they claim they stand with. Just know anybody who is sympathizing with Hamas. You are an apologist for evil. So unspeakable. It comes only from the bowels of hell, my God, and it’s seeping into our country. We’re going to talk about the vulnerabilities at our southern border and the number of suspected or known terrorists from the Middle East who have infiltrated our country through our southern border. We’re going to talk about that in a few minutes. A lot of conservatives over the past 24 hours were praising President Joe Biden for the speech that he gave about Israel, the speech that came three days later. And they were saying begrudgingly, well, maybe this is a time to put politics aside because what Joe Biden said was exactly what he should have said. He offered no moral equivalency. He condemned Hamas’ terrorism. He claimed that he stood with Israel. And if you readjust the words without any context, perhaps it is a beautiful repudiation of Hamas’ terrorism. But conservatives who are praising this are wildly missing the point. This is what Biden said.

Good afternoon. There are moments in this life, and I mean this literally when the pure unadultered evil is unleashed on this world, the people of Israel lived through one such moment this weekend. The bloody hands of the terrorist organization amass a group who stated purpose for being is to kill Jews. This was an act of sheer evil. More than 1000 civilians slaughtered. I just feel slaughtered in Israel. Among them, at least 14 American citizens killed parents, butchered using their bodies to try to protect their children, stomach turning reports of babies being killed, entire family slain. Young people massacred while attending a musical festival to celebrate peace. To celebrate peace. Women raped, assaulted, paraded as trophies. Families hid their fear for hours and hours, desperately trying to keep their children quiet to avoid drawing attention and thousands of wounded alive, but carrying with them the bullet holes and the shrapnel wounds and the memory of what they endured.

It sounds good. It sounds like exactly what a president in the United States should say. And yet conservatives praising Joe Biden or begrudgingly giving him credit are missing the points. Words mean nothing when it comes from a politician. Words mean nothing compared to actions. Actions speak louder than words, particularly when you are president of the United States. And Joe Biden’s actions are not supportive of Israel. Joe Biden’s actions enabled Iran to fund Hamas who committed the terror attacks against Israel. If Joe Biden had not brokered the J C P O A, the Iran deal during the Obama administration, if Joe Biden had not tried to re-up reenter this deal with Iran after the Trump administration got out of it, if Joe Biden had not unfrozen $6 billion and given it to Iran, knowing that money is fungible, knowing that Iran is a state sponsor of terror, you have to wonder, would this have even been possible for Hamas to wage this attack against Israel to the extent that they did?

So conservatives who are praising Joe Biden hoping that this is a moment of bipartisanship are missing the point. Joe Biden is simply reading the politics of our country in this moment, hoping that this gains him some support among Democrats who are some Democrat voters who are actually supportive of Israel, who are repulsed and turned off by the horror of the terrorism. Hamas is inflicted on Israel. I don’t believe a word of Joe Biden a word of what he said. Is he going to come out next and repudiate Black Lives matter for their support of Hamas terrorism? Because all his administration has done, all the Obama administration did was inflame racial tensions in our nation and push critical race theory on children in our schools, on corporations. What about all the corporations? Speaking of which that embrace Black Lives Matter and that gave millions and millions of dollars to the Black Lives matter.

Cause are they going to repudiate a cause which is now celebrating the terrorist attacks in Israel? By the way, just to illustrate the point that actions speak louder than words. While Biden is giving money to Iran, who funds Hamas to attack Israel, even Playboy magazine, a pornography company is taking action in a stronger way than President Biden is in support of Israel. Playboy fired one of their porn, believe it or not, because she is a terrorist apologist, and we’re going to talk about that in just a second. So porn star, Mia Khalifa, hopefully you’re not familiar with her name if you are. Well, what have you been looking at? No, I’m kidding. Mia Khalifa is one of the porn stars who has a little bit of a spillover into popular culture. She’s not just a porn star. She’s also, I guess a Hollywood, I don’t want to say celebrity, but a Hollywood figure.

So if you’ve heard of her, she is a porn star and she posted one of the most atrocious things, and I’m going to bring this up on the screen so you can read it for yourself. This was her reaction to the Hamas terrorists slaughtering the Jews in Israel. She said, this is what she tweeted, I believe she has since deleted it, although it was on x.com for at least 24 hours if not longer before she deleted it. She said, can someone please tell the Freedom fighters in Palestine to flip their phones and film horizontal? Now, remember, the Hamas terrorists are utilizing a brutal and grotesque tactic of filming their atrocities on their victims’ phones and then uploading that footage to the social media accounts of the victims. For example, there was a grandmother who was murdered by Hamas and her granddaughter found out she’d been murdered because Hamas uploaded the video to the grandmother’s Facebook page.

And the girl, of course, inadvertently clicked on the video and saw her grandmother being murdered. It is terrorism. I know that word has almost been diluted because there’s been so much horrific terrorism in our world from these radical Islamists in the past decade or two decades. But this is just atrocious. And so she’s asking for them to film horizontal. Meanwhile, on that same, you can bring that graphic back up for a second. The background of it was obviously a picture of her, but to the right, she had made another post showing one of the pickup trucks with Hamas terrorists that were on one of their murder sprees. And she says, this is a Renaissance painting. Now in response to these utterly atrocious tax, Playboy magazine, Playboy magazine, I mean, who would’ve ever thought that of all the places in the world, Playboy Magazine would have morals?

They fired her and they let their entire community know why. This is what they said. Dear Creator community, we’re writing today to let you know of our decision to terminate Playboy’s relationship with Mia Khalifa, including deleting Mia’s Playboy channel on our creator platform. Over the past few days, Mia has made disgusting and reprehensible comments celebrating Hamas’ attacks on Israel and the murder of innocent men, women and children. At Playboy, we encourage free expression and constructive political debate, but we have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech. We expect Mia to understand that her words and actions have consequences. We included the letter we shared with Mia below. So that’s what they sent to their larger community, and then they essentially told her, listen, we believe in free speech. We’ve even in court for people’s right to speak freely. But you have a right to say those things, but those things have consequences. And the consequence is we don’t want to do business with you.

Words are less powerful than actions. Actions speak loud than words. And the fact that Playboy magazine has the guts to have their actions be stronger in the face of these atrocities in Israel than Joe Biden, I’m sorry, you can praise Joe Biden’s words all you want, but his actions are what are predominant for me. And we’re going to talk about how this impacts the US Southern border because I think it does have significant impact on the southern border. But I want to talk about the R F K news. First, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Dropped out of the presidential race as a Democrat. He’s no longer officially challenging Joe Biden in the primary. Now he is running as an independent, which I find very interesting, and perhaps I have a different viewpoint on this or a different analysis than many conservatives because I know a lot of conservatives are worried that R F k running as an independent will spoil Trump, meaning he will draw R f K, will draw g o p voters away from Trump, and therefore diminish Trump’s chances of defeating Biden in the general election.

I’m not quite sure that I buy that analysis because the only reputable poll that I have seen, we talked about this on the show last week, shows that if the matchup is Joe Biden is the Democrat, Donald Trump is the Republican R F K Jr. As the independent, 33% of Democrats say that they would vote for R F K Jr as an independent versus voting for Joe Biden as a Democrat. And only 14% of Republicans say they would vote for R F K Jr as an independent versus Trump as a Republican. So just doing the basic math there, that seems to me that R F K would be spoiling Joe Biden’s chances not Donald Trump’s. This isn’t what the prevailing Republican thought is right now. I know the R N C and Trump specifically are reacting in a way that I don’t agree with to this announcement that R F K is running as an independent.

And I want to talk about why this strategy that the R N C is rolling out and this expected rollout of Trump. There’s been rumors and reports, if you will, that the Trump campaign is going to launch attacks on R F K. I want to talk about why this is the wrong tactic and what the G O P should do instead to make sure that R f K spoils biden’s chances and not Trump’s. We’re going to talk about that in just a second. So this was RFKs announcement that he was withdrawing as a Democrat candidate for President and announcing instead, as an independent, take a look.

This country is ready for a history making change. They’re ready. They are ready to reclaim their freedom, independence. And that’s why I’m here today. I’m here to declare myself an independent candidate state’s history.

Okay, that’s good. That’s good. This is just the guy’s stinger at the end of the video. Listen, I like R F K. We talked about this from the moment he declared as a challenger to Joe Biden. I even remember saying at the time, it’s kind of tempting to cast your vote for R F K because he is so based on covid, so based on big pharma. He’s so based at abolishing the elements of the administrative state like the C D C and the F D A that are so corrupt. They allow this profiteering by big pharma that harms all of our families all the time. It’s kind of tempting to want to vote for him. And I feel that emotion, especially on the heels of President Trump not handling covid well, I thought President Trump was a good president for his first three years. I did not think he was a good president for his fourth year.

I thought he majorly mismanaged covid. He’s partially to blame for elevating fauci to the position of influence that Fauci ultimately enjoyed. Trump’s not responsible for all of Fauci s corruption. Of course, Fauci spent an entire career building on that corruption. But even when President Trump was given information that Fauci was corrupt and that the Public Health Administration was siding with big pharma over the science, he didn’t course correct. He was a proponent of masks. He’s still a huge proponent of the vaccine. He shamed red states for reopening during Covid, particularly Georgia, when they wanted to cease and desist with the lockdowns president Trump pressured them. He claims to this day that he didn’t get enough credit for saving lives during Covid. And this is why we’ll talk about RFKs record as a Democrat because he is pretty far leftist. He’s pretty based on big pharma and he’s pretty based on c o, but he is pretty leftist on a lot of other issues that are important to us.

But I think when the R N C goes after R F K Jr, and when Trump is reportedly planning to go after R F K, it’s the wrong tactic because a lot of us, like R F K, a lot of us are encouraged and heartened to see a politician who doesn’t care about mainstream media hate, who doesn’t care about being labeled as a conspiracy theorist, who doesn’t care about social ostracization, who is fighting for what is right, who is not trying to couch his political opinions. And please validate me. People who hate me, we like R F K. And so I’m not sure that it’s a smart tactic to try to vilify someone who is appealing to us. What would be smarter, and I hope the R N C is listening, and I hope the Trump campaign is listening. What would be smarter is to actually identify why a certain percentage of Republicans find R F K appealing.

It’s not because these Republicans hate Trump. It’s not like you’re going to have the never Trumpers and the neocons that are refusing to vote for Trump, that want to vote for R F K 14% of the Republican Party. No, the reason so many Republicans find R F K appealing is because of the contrast between what R F K is offering on Covid and what Trump did during Covid because people, it’s still very fresh in people’s minds. The impact of the Covid policies that yes, some of it came from the states, but it was directed by the federal government. The impact of that on our lives, whether it’s our businesses, our jobs, our children’s education, our medical freedom that is fresh, it is raw, it is painful. And R F K, there’s no doubt in anyone’s minds that R F K would never allow that to happen again, that he would dismantle the corrupt apparatus that even allowed it to happen in the first place.

And so maybe what the R N C should do, and maybe what the Trump campaign should do is take a moment of self-reflection and understand your base, understand what your base feels passionately about, and the base feels passionately about how they were mistreated, how our freedoms were violated, how we were exploited during Covid and maybe Trump, instead of claiming that he doesn’t get the credit he deserves about Covid, instead of pushing this vaccine, instead of excusing himself, elevating fauci, maybe he takes the correct position on Covid. And if he did that, let me tell you, the vast majority of these 14% of Republicans who would choose R F K over Trump wouldn’t vote for R F K. They’d be happy to vote for Trump, but they feel hesitant to vote for Trump because of what Trump’s covid policies did, the harm it inflicted on their lives.

And maybe the R N C should also speak up more loudly and powerfully against big pharma on a regular basis instead of just trying to paint R F K Junior as a leftist. This is what they posted. And they’re not wrong about this, by the way. They’re not wrong about RFKs record. This is true. I’m going to bring up this R N C tweet and read it to you. That is if my internet browser decides it wants to work, well, you guys can see it. I can’t for a second. You can get ahead of me reading it. Okay. This is what the R N C R N C research posted and said, there’s very little daylight between R F K JR and a typical Democrat politician. So here are 23 reasons to oppose the candidacy of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He voted for Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

He is a self-described Kennedy Democrat. He has admitted his candidacy will take more votes from the Republican candidate than Biden. He is a prolific donor to Democrat candidates dating back to 1985, including to Barack Obama’s 2007 campaign. He enthusiastically endorsed Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate, 2007 Presidential and 2016 presidential campaigns. He calls himself a huge admirer of socialist Bernie Sanders. He praised rabid Antisemite Lewis Farrakhan as a truly great partner. He supports divisive and unconstitutional affirmative action policies in higher education. He called the N R A terror group. He compared hog farmers to Osama Bin Laden’s International Terror Network. He’s repeatedly called for a ban on fossil fuel extraction, including fracking. He praised socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Green New Deal as good and important and said we ought to be pursuing it. He supports divesting from fossil fuels, imposing attacks on carbon emissions and eliminating energy subsidies.

He vehemently opposes American energy projects, including the Keystone pipeline. He believes climate change is the cost of a longtime deadly addiction to coal and oil. He attempted to get ExxonMobil banned from doing business in New York and believes oil company executives should be given the death penalty. He lauded China’s 2015 cap and trade commitment as revolutionary. He’s a huge supporter of the failed Paris Climate Agreement. He supports abortion on demand until birth without limits. In line with today’s Democrat party, he supports tax hikes on hardworking Americans, including AOCs proposed top rate of 70%. He pred Biden’s unilateral student loan debt bailout and called the Supreme Court’s decision, overturning it. Unfortunate. He once called Republican voters misinformed because they believed in God and don’t read the New York Times. He called the 2000 presidential election stolen under a cloud of dirty tricks and said Republicans fixed the 2004 presidential election.

R N C research concludes by saying, do not be fooled. The only way to reverse America’s decline at the hands of Biden is to elect a Republican as president next year. Now, I actually find that tweet to be very interesting. I find it very interesting because R F K JR doesn’t often talk about his positions on these issues. At least he hasn’t. In the course of the last few months on the campaign trail, he’s mostly talking about big pharma. In fact, I suspect that’s why he’s running for president because he wants to make that issue known. I suspect he knows he won’t win the presidency, but sometimes powerful political figures run for president just to elevate their own platform. It’s just how the game is played for better or for worse. And I suspect that’s what R F K Jr is doing now. And like I said, I don’t disagree with anything the R N C said in that tweet.

I don’t disagree that R F K Jr is mostly a pretty leftist Democrat who just happens to be totally based and totally correct on big pharma, big food and the corruption at the C D C and the F D A. But I still don’t think the proper tactic from the R N C and from the Trump campaign is to simply vilify R F K Jr for all of his leftist positions. If the Trump campaign and the R N C actually want to serve the interests of their voters and their constituents and their base and the party and the country at large, they will stop attacking R F K. And instead, they will relate to why voters are drawn to R F K, which would mean Trump should disavow the Covid policies that he wants imposed. If he did that, I promise that number, that 14% of Republicans who said they’d vote for R F K, that would shrink considerably.

I hate to publicly levy a guess about the numbers, but I would guess that that would shrink to about 5% of Republicans. It would be a tiny number compared to the number of Democrats who would defect from Joe Biden because they don’t believe in anything that Joe Biden is doing, and they want some kind of alternative. And they see R F K as great another Democrat who’s not as corrupt as Joe Biden. They will stick with R F K. But Republicans minds can be changed if the R N C and Trump campaign handle this correctly. But that requires some humility on the part of both the R N C and Trump and recalibrating what their policies about covid, the science, the Public Health Administration, the C D C, the F D a big pharma, the vaccine masks and lockdowns are, I hope they change it.

I hope they change their views. I truly do, because I’m not convinced that the Republican commentary world is correct, that R F K Jr would spoil Trump’s chances. I think it could change. Public opinion does change, but based on public opinion now, I still think he could be more damaging to biden’s chances if the R N C and Trump handle this correctly. Let me know what you think, whether you would vote for R F K, whether you think that the R N C and the Trump campaign are handling this correctly. Thank you for watching today. Thank you for listening. I’m Liz Wheeler. This is the Liz Wheeler Show.
